Requirement

  1. Minimum 15 years working experience as Human Resources Manager in construction, mining, oil and gas company.
  2. Having sufficient knowledge and understanding of regulation and development of human resources in accordance with Indonesian Manpower Department regulation.
  3. Having good communication skill and extensive access to the regulator for both domestic and foreign section.
  4. Having experience, especially in multinational companies, for planning and managing the manpower who work overseas.
  5. Having strong management skill and strong influence in maintaining the performance of each function in Human Resources Department

 

Job Description

  1. To Develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. To Design the manpower planning strategy and overall recruitment strategy.
  3. To set employee benefit programs and to do direct coordination with the management for developing the program.
  4. To maintain the structure of work by continuous development of job description and job requirement in each position according to company status.
  5. Having the ability to create a Performance Management System in order to manage the performance and function of the employees.
  6. To maintain employee benefit programs in order all the employee run the program properly and correctly.
  7. To maintain and develop Human Resource policies and regulation.
  8. Becoming a mediator/ connector between the employees and management in relation to needs, problems, information, and others.
  9. Be able to supervise and keep each sub-division under control, and ensure every job run well.
  10. Responsible to several sub-division as follow: Recruitment, Internal Relation, Time Attendance and Payroll, Training and Development, General Administration.
